Please Note: Our Tallow is sensitive to temperatures over 72 degrees and can melt. We include a cold pack with each order to help preserve its quality during shipping. However we cannot guarantee the product wont melt if exposed to heat over multiple days in transit. If melting occurs, you can refrigerate the Tallow to resolidify it and blend/whip to recreate the whip texture-though the texture and or volume may change. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat.
